Terms of Service

This site is operated by MK Builds LLC on behalf of Muhsin Cason — The Muslim Boxer. MK Builds LLC runs the store, takes the orders and holds the data; the drop and the brand are Muhsin Cason’s. Where these terms say “we” they mean that arrangement, and MK Builds LLC is who you are contracting with when you order today.

This is interim, while the store gets going. If the store moves to Muhsin Cason’s own operation, these terms will be updated to say so. Orders placed before that are governed by the version in force when they were placed.

By using the site or placing a pre-order you agree to what is written here. If you do not, do not order.

• A window, then it closesEach drop is open for a fixed period, shown on the drop page and counted down there. When the countdown reaches zero the window closes and no further orders are taken. The clock that decides this is ours, not your device’s.
• Nothing is printed in advanceA pre-order is not a purchase from stock. It commissions a print run, and the run is only sized once the window has shut — which is why sizes cannot be changed after that point.
• You are charged when you orderPayment is taken at checkout, not at dispatch. That is normal for a pre-order and it is what funds the run. If you choose to pay in two, half is taken at checkout and the rest as described under “Paying in two” below.

• United States only, for nowWe ship to US addresses. The shipping rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
• No delivery date is promisedWe deliberately do not publish a ship-by date. Printing is scheduled after the window closes, and a date we cannot stand behind is worse than no date at all. We will email you when your order ships, with tracking, and we will email you if fulfilment is running longer than we expected.
• The address you give is the address we useCheck it on the confirmation. If it is wrong, tell us before the window closes — after that the label is already with the printer. You can see what we hold at find your order.

Prices are in US dollars. Tax is added at checkout where we are required to collect it. Payment is processed by Stripe, and Stripe’s own terms apply to the payment itself.

Klarna and Afterpay, where offered at checkout, are their own agreements between you and them: we are paid in full at the time of the order and they collect from you on their own terms.

If a price or a product listing is obviously wrong, we may correct it, and we may decline or cancel an order — including one already placed. If we cancel yours, we will contact you at the email address on the order.

• Half now, half in 14 daysIf you choose Pay in 2, half the price of the shirt is charged at checkout together with shipping and any tax. The other half, plus any tax on it, is charged automatically to the same card 14 days later. The exact amount and date are shown at checkout and in your confirmation email. There is no interest and no fee.
• You authorise the second chargeBy choosing Pay in 2 you authorise us to save your card with our payment processor, Stripe, and to charge it once more for the second payment on that date. We do not use it for anything else.
• If the second payment failsWe will email you and try the same card again on each of the next two days. If it still has not gone through, your order is held — not shipped — until it is paid; reply to our email and we will send you a secure link to pay with any card. If it cannot be paid, we may cancel the order and refund what you have paid.
• CancellingCancel while the window is open and we refund your first payment and do not take the second.

• Change or cancel while the window is openUntil the window closes you can change your size, or cancel outright, for any reason — and get the whole amount back. Nothing has been printed yet, so it costs nobody anything. Email support@mkbuilds.dev and say what you need.
• Once it closes, the run is committedThe print run is sized to the exact number of orders in hand. That is what makes a drop this small possible at all, and it means your shirt exists because you asked for it — so we cannot take it back afterwards because you changed your mind.
• If it arrives wrong, you get your money backMisprinted, damaged on the way, or not what you ordered: email support@mkbuilds.dev within 14 days of delivery with a photograph and we refund you in full. Do not post it back — the return postage costs more than it recovers, and we would rather you kept it.
• A refund rather than a replacementBecause the run is sized exactly to orders, there is no spare stock to send out. Putting something right therefore means your money returned, not a second shirt. We would rather say that plainly than promise a replacement we have no way to produce.
• If it never turns upIf tracking stalls, or it is marked delivered and it is not with you, tell us. Getting it to you is our risk until it arrives, and the same refund applies.

100% of the proceeds from sales of the I Love The Quran tee are donated in honor of John Yahya Cason, father of Muhsin Cason. Sales tax and shipping we collect for a carrier or a tax authority are not proceeds and go where they are owed. The other tee in the drop is not part of this donation.

Garments are printed to order. Slight variation in ink shade and in exactly where the print sits is normal for the process and is not a fault. Photographs on the site are a fair representation, but colour on your screen will not match fabric exactly.

The name, the lockup and the artwork belong to Muhsin Cason, not to the operator — running the store transfers none of it. Buying a shirt buys the shirt. It does not give you the right to reproduce the artwork, print your own, or use the marks commercially.

Do not try to break the site, scrape it, flood it with automated requests, or place orders you do not intend to pay for. There are no accounts here — your email address and order number are how you look an order up, so keep the confirmation email.

The site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer law that cannot be signed away.

These terms are governed by the laws of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

We may update these terms. The version in force when you placed an order is the one that applies to that order, and the date at the top says when this page last changed.
