Terms of Service

This site is operated by MK Builds LLC on behalf of Muhsin Cason — The Muslim Boxer. MK Builds LLC runs the store, takes the orders and holds the data; the drop and the brand are Muhsin Cason’s. Where these terms say “we” they mean that arrangement, and MK Builds LLC is who you are contracting with when you order today.

This is interim, while the store gets going. If the store moves to Muhsin Cason’s own operation, these terms will be updated to say so. Orders placed before that are governed by the version in force when they were placed.

By using the site or placing a pre-order you agree to what is written here. If you do not, do not order.

• A window, then it closesEach drop is open for a fixed period, shown on the drop page and counted down there. When the countdown reaches zero the window closes and no further orders are taken. The clock that decides this is ours, not your device’s.
• Nothing is printed in advanceA pre-order is not a purchase from stock. It commissions a print run, and the run is only sized once the window has shut — which is why sizes cannot be changed after that point.
• You are charged when you orderPayment is taken at checkout, not at dispatch. That is normal for a pre-order and it is what funds the run.

• United States only, for nowWe ship to US addresses. The shipping rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
• No delivery date is promisedWe deliberately do not publish a ship-by date. Printing is scheduled after the window closes, and a date we cannot stand behind is worse than no date at all. We will email you when your order ships, with tracking, and we will email you if fulfilment is running longer than we expected.
• The address you give is the address we useCheck it on the confirmation. If it is wrong, tell us before the window closes — after that the label is already with the printer. You can see what we hold at find your order.

Prices are in US dollars. Tax is added at checkout where we are required to collect it. Payment is processed by Stripe, and Stripe’s own terms apply to the payment itself.

If a price or a product listing is obviously wrong, we may correct it, and we may decline or cancel an order — including one already placed. If we cancel yours, we will contact you at the email address on the order.

There is no published returns or refunds policy yet. This section will be replaced with one before the first orders ship, and the date at the top of this page will change when it is.

In the meantime, if something is wrong with your order, email support@mkbuilds.dev and a person will deal with it.

Garments are printed to order. Slight variation in ink shade and in exactly where the print sits is normal for the process and is not a fault. Photographs on the site are a fair representation, but colour on your screen will not match fabric exactly.

The name, the lockup and the artwork belong to Muhsin Cason, not to the operator — running the store transfers none of it. Buying a shirt buys the shirt. It does not give you the right to reproduce the artwork, print your own, or use the marks commercially.

Do not try to break the site, scrape it, flood it with automated requests, or place orders you do not intend to pay for. There are no accounts here — your email address and order number are how you look an order up, so keep the confirmation email.

The site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer law that cannot be signed away.

These terms are governed by the laws of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

We may update these terms. The version in force when you placed an order is the one that applies to that order, and the date at the top says when this page last changed.
