This store is operated by MK Builds LLC on behalf of Muhsin Cason — The Muslim Boxer. MK Builds LLC runs the site and holds everything described below: the signups, the orders and the addresses sit on infrastructure it controls, and it is the party to ask about them. The drop itself, the artwork and the brand are Muhsin Cason’s.

That is an interim arrangement while the store gets going. If it changes — if the store moves to Muhsin Cason’s own operation — this page changes with it, and the date at the top will say when.

Either way, one address reaches a person: support@mkbuilds.dev. Write there with any question about your information, including a request to see it or delete it.

• Your email addressWhen you join the list. We store it alongside which drop you signed up from and whether we have emailed you yet, so you are not told about the same drop twice.
• Your orderWhen you pre-order: your name, email, shipping address, the size you picked, the amount paid and an order number.
• Payment details — not by usPayment is taken by Stripe on Stripe’s own checkout page. We never see or store your full card number. What comes back to us is confirmation of payment, the card brand and the last four digits, so your order matches your bank statement.
• How the site is usedA short, fixed list of events: that the drop page was viewed, that a size was selected, that a signup or a checkout was started, that an order completed, that someone looked up an order. Handled by PostHog. Automatic capture of typing and clicking is switched off, so what you type into the email box is never sent to analytics.

To send the email you asked for, to take and fulfil your order, to answer you when you write in, and to understand how a drop performed in aggregate. That is the whole list.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or hand it to advertisers, and we do not use it to build a profile of you across other sites.

The services that make the store work. Each gets only what it needs to do its job:

• ResendSending the emails we send you.
• NeonThe database orders and signups are stored in.
• VercelHosting this site.
• PostHogThe usage events listed above.
• Our printer and shipperYour name and shipping address, so a parcel can be labelled and posted to you. They get the addresses for a drop and nothing else.

The accounts with those services are held by MK Builds LLC — that is what “holds the data” means in practice above.

We will also hand over information if the law requires it of us.

No advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. PostHog stores an identifier in your browser so that repeat visits from the same browser are counted as one person rather than several. Stripe sets what it needs to run its checkout securely.

Order records are kept as long as we need them for bookkeeping, tax and support — a few years, in practice. Your email address stays on the list until you ask to come off it.

• Coming off the listReply to any email we send, or write to support@mkbuilds.dev. One message is enough.
• Seeing or deleting what we holdEmail support@mkbuilds.dev from the address you used and we will sort it out. We may have to keep a record of a completed order even after removing you from the list, because tax rules require it.
• Correcting an orderIf the shipping address on your order is wrong, tell us before the drop’s window closes and we will fix it. You can check what we have at find your order.

This store is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us theirs, write to support@mkbuilds.dev and we will delete it.

We ship to United States addresses only at the moment, and the services listed above process information in the United States.

If this changes, the new version goes up here and the date at the top changes with it.
